What I’ve Been Up To: Tonight I am (uncharacteristically) cooking a soup with my leftover vegetables. I work on zines/perpetual writing projects. I am wondering where when I stopped being an activist. I am lucky to have in-between romances in the last few years. I want to move to a farmhouse, can vegetables and fruit and dry herbs, live nearer to chums. I work in NYC as a gardener and house cleaner. I love my friends. I went back to college and graduated, having studied interrelationships of trauma/healing/political/personal/cross-cultural/arts/theater. I deal still with depression. I am trying to live in the world with less sorrows. We are not resumes. Don’t compare yourself to anyone else. Not so much do, but be. New York has been a gift (almost 5 years), yet I sometimes can barely leave the apartment cuz it’s so much to deal with from the first step outside!
